Greetings!

Our Mission: Xi Phi Omega chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®, seeks as individual Sorors to promote accountability, as we build upon chapter strengths and develop skills to enhance our presence within the community while providing "Service to all Mankind" "Growing Xi Phi from the inside, out."

Xi Phi Omega chapter was established in 1983.  Our chapter services five counties: Catawba County, Caldwell County, Burke County, Lincoln County and Rutherford County.  As we unveil our new programs "Exemplifying Excellence Through Sustainable Service" under the leadership of our 30th International President Glenda Baskins Glover.  We will address community needs with the following programs in five target areas: (1) HBCU 4 Life: A Call to Action (2) Women’s Healthcare and Wellness (3) Building Your Economic Legacy (4) The Arts and (5) Global Impact.

Welcome to our website to learn more about our programs, chapter, chapter members and the work being done within our chapter and community.  Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority is the oldest Greek-lettered organization founded on the campus of Howard University in 1908.  We marvel at the rich heritage of our esteemed organization and are blessed with the vision of our founders.  I invite you to support our community activities as we work to advance the mission of our organization.

Sincerely,

Xi Phi Omega Chapter, President
